I decided to jazz up my plain, old turkey sandwich. Today I added garden tomatoes and some of that Laughing Cow 1 point cheese.
I sprayed both sides of the bread with my trusty spray butter and fried it up in the pan. I have to apologize for not taking a finished photo. I was too excited to hurry and get this in my mouth. I get extra excited when I see melted cheese gushing out.
