I know it looks just like a spoon, but it is not just a spoon.

Can you see the spikes at the top of the spoon?  What are they used for? 

Yes!  Grapefruit!  It is a grapefruit spoon.  I have never seen one of these until at my Momma's house.  Thanks Momma for giving me some of your grapefruit spoons.  Eating grapefruit is a much better experience for me now.

Hot Turkey, Tomato and Cheese...

I decided to jazz up my plain, old turkey sandwich.  Today I added garden tomatoes and some of that Laughing Cow 1 point cheese.

I sprayed both sides of the bread with my trusty spray butter and fried it up in the pan.  I have to apologize for not taking a finished photo.  I was too excited to hurry and get this in my mouth.  I get extra excited when I see melted cheese gushing out.

He's been at it again....

The hubby has been bringing me my favorite drink almost every morning before he goes to work.  I think he loves seeing me so excited.

He is the best!

Almost there!

One more pound!  One more pound until I am at my Weight Watchers life-time goal.  I am thrilled! It has taken me forever.  It may take another month to get rid of that last pound.  Of course Weight Watchers will take my money and torture me for six weeks after I reach my goal.  I hear they make sure you maintain that weight loss before you are officially a life-time member.  Wish me luck!  Then 5 more pounds after that and I am at my personal goal!  Not to toot my own horn... Heck why not?  I deserve to toot it!  I am in a size smaller pants then I was when in high school.  Woot!! Woot!!!

And about my photo.  Yes I am in rag curlers today.  Don't knock it because in a few minutes I am going to take them out and have super sexy hair.

Blueberries & Cream Frozen Yogurt....

I love a little treat and lately this has been my favorite.  It is Blueberries & Cream Frozen Yogurt.  One half cup scoop is only 2 Weight Watcher's PointsPlus.  It is so delicious!

The brand name is Kemps and they sell vanilla that is only 2 Weight Watcher's PointsPlus.  They also have cookies and creme, but that one is 3 PointsPlus.  I found this brand at Fresh Market.  Try some... It will make you super happy!

Yummy Tostada!

I bought some of these the other day.  They are only 2 Weight Watchers PointsPlus.

I grabbed some of these ingredients from my fridge and pantry.

Slap 1/2 serving of beans on.

Add lettuce, tomato, onion and fresh salsa and you have a delicious 3 Weight Watchers PointsPlus meal.

Sometimes a girl just needs some cheese...

Have you tried Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Light Cheese yet?  If not you should.  They are only 1 Weight Watchers PointPlus each.

After you unwrap the cheese, you will find it covered in wax.  So fresh and yummy.

They taste so good all alone, but how do they melt?

Beautifully!  I have some melted on one of my cardboard crackers with garden tomatoes.  Super yummy!

Questions and Answers... Coke Zero...

I got a lecture the other day about how bad Diet Coke and Coke Zero are for you.  Also that I should give it up.  So the question is Shrink are you going to give up your Diet Coke and Coke Zero?      Ummm let me think about it for a minute.......  NO!

I have given up so many other things I enjoy.  For now, I am drinking it and taking my chances.  It is my thing.  Someday I may give it up, but I don't see it in the near future.

Coke Zero makes me happy.  Especially served by this cute guy.  The hubby.

Yes another photo of my Hubby bringing me my Coke Zero.  I just have some type of obsession of taking photos of him surprising me.  He is soo happy!  How could I give up Coke Zero?  I wouldn't miss these little happy moments.

Caramel Corn on a Diet...

On our 9th wedding anniversary, my Hubby and I spent the day in Park City, Utah.  We had a blast doing some pretty awesome things.  Before we left, I just had to stop at one of my favorite stores.  The World Market.  I love all the cool things they have from all over the world.  I have found some pretty cool stuff there with my favorite being "Spotted Dick".  I have no clue what it tastes like, but it has always made a great white elephant gift at Christmas parties.

This is something cool that I came home with this time...

Yes Caramel Corn seasoning.  Note that it also states that it is buttery.  I tried some last night and it was really good.  I love it!  Better yet it has 0 calories.  Yes 0 calories!  This means 0 Weight Watchers PointsPlus.

Looking for Bread

Everyone knows that I am a huge Bountiful Basket/Food Co-op fan.  Mostly because of the 1 Weight Watchers PointPlus bread.  Lately I have to say the produce in the baskets have been disappointing me.  I guess I am just getting tired of the same old stuff so I decided that I need to take a Co-op break for awhile.  But what about my bread?  I went to trusty google.com to see where they sold Alpine Valley bread and a market called Sunflower Market came up.  I went there today and they had Alpine Valley bread, but not the 1 Weight Watcher PointsPlus 9 grain, only the fattening kind.  Plus it was $5.99 a loaf.  Ummmm NOT!  So I started snooping around and lookie lookie what I found.....  

 Oat Bran bread with no fat and only 50 calories.  Yes that is only 1 Weight Watchers PointsPlus.

Look at all the oats on top.  MMMM!  

And if that wasn't cool enough they had cracked wheat too.  It is 52 calories and only 1 Weight Watchers Points Plus.

 

But wait it gets better.  Way better, like life changing better.

Raisin Cinnamon!  Yes, yes, yes!  And it is only 56  calories and 1 Weight Watchers PointsPlus.  All the bread is super good, but this one was my favorite.  My little Smart Girl agreed.  She loved it.  Then My Favorite boy asked for some.  This totally shocked me due to his eating issues that come along with his autism   Guess what?  He loved it too and wants me to pack it in his lunch.  I am completely surprised and excited.

Look at it!  Filled with raisins and cinnamon.

Toast it and add some spray butter and you feel like you have had a real treat.  So good!

I also found the same bread in pumpernickel, but haven't tried that one yet.  The loaves are $3.49, but right now the raisin is on sale for $2.99.  So go on over to Sunflower Market and find a location near you.  While you are there, shop the good deals they have on produce.  I got some great stuff today!

You don't bring me flowers anymore...

Isn't he cute?  This is my hubby bringing me a Coke Zero.  Who needs flowers when you've got Coke Zero?

He did give me a dozen roses last week, but he is ALWAYS bringing me my Coke Zero.  Thanks hubby!
